The location is brilliant. You're just a 3-minute walk from The Badger Bar pub (essential after a day on the fells) and surrounded by classic Lake District landscapes. No need to drive anywhere - catch hourly buses or walk straight from the property to Rydal Hall with its lovely café overlooking a cascading stream. Loughrigg Fell, the coffin route and Elterwater paths are all accessible without touching your car keys.

The accommodation sleeps 6 guests across 3 bedrooms. Ground floor features a super king-size double (can be twins - just ask when booking), king-size double with en-suite shower room and a twin bedroom. There's a ground floor bathroom with bath and shower over, plus an additional first-floor shower room. The kitchen-dining area has French doors to the patio.
