Swaledale Lodge is a solid pine log cabin set within 7 acres of private landscaped grounds at Artlegarth in the Eden Valley, Cumbria. It sits inside the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales National Park boundary and sleeps up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms. The views from the decking are unrivalled you look directly out over How Gills and Wild Boar Fells. The village of Ravenstonedale is just 1 mile away and Kirkby Stephen is 6 miles.

The 7-acre grounds include mature woodland, a wildlife pond, a small stream and open meadow where red squirrels, wild rabbits and spring lambs may appear. A woodland walk, picnic benches and a children's play area with swings and a slide are all on site.

Three bedrooms each with their own en-suite or bathroom Bedrooms 1 and 2 each have two zip-and-link singles (kingsize on request) with walk-in shower and heated towel rail. Bedroom 3 has the same bed setup plus a full bathroom with bath and walk-in shower. All ground floor. Open-plan living with woodburner and French doors.

A private hot tub for 6 sits above the decking with direct views of the fells. Kirkby Stephen station gives access to the Settle to Carlisle Railway. A pub and restaurant are 1¼ miles away.
