Arriving at the property, two off-road parking spaces greet you before making your way through the garden, with a picnic bench, ideal for dining alfresco in the warmer months. Step inside to find a living/dining room where you can unwind in front of the TV and fire or catch up on the day's events over dinner at the dining table for four. Moving through the property, happen upon the well-equipped kitchen. You can also take advantage of the on-site facilities and treat your loved ones to a meal or enjoy a dip in the pool. Whatever the weather, 12 Eamont Park is the property for you. Note: This property can be booked with Refs: 1112844, 1112837 and 1112834 together sleeping up to 17 guests. ✓ Note: Check-in from 4pm and check-out by 10am
✓ Note: The on-site bar is open Sunday to Thursday, 7pm - 10:30pm and 7:30pm to 11pm Monday to Thursday
✓ Note: At the restaurant evening meals can be pre-booked Monday to Friday, in our dining room by 10am that morning, subject to capacity and charge
✓ Note: The gym is available for guests over the age of 18 and is open 5pm -7pm Monday to Thursday
✓ Note: Registered assistance dogs are accepted on-site with registration paperwork, however, they will need to adhere to on-site rules and not be left alone in the property, prior agreement from the centre will be required - paperwork is required to be submitted at the time of final payment to arrival
✓ Note: two well-behaved dogs are welcome - £49 pet supplement per week/ short break is made payable to site management ahead of your arrival
