What a great place. Met Tony the owner on arrival who showed us round. We got a really good feel about the place straightaway. Place was spotlessly clean. Hot tub in a great position and lucky with the weather so sunglasses on and a bottle of fizz was a great way to end each day. Great outside area. Comfy bed and a lovely bathroom with underfloor heating throughout if needed. Northallerton 5 miles away a quaint village and we will be back again to explore the coast further away. Thanks for being great hosts and letting us share your lovely home.

Cleveland cottage is in a beautiful setting, it was clean and comfortable with all you need for a relaxing holiday. We had four people for two nights and the sofa bed was very comfortable. The hamlet of Streetham is very small but the hosts generously offer to collect take out for guests or ferry them to the pub in Kirkby Fleetham. We did not take up the offer but did have a meal there at the Black Horse and it was very good.The cottage is not too far from Northallerton which is a vibrant shopping destination and there are lots of historical things to see and do in the area. The Thirsk Falconry centre is also worth a visit.
