The lodge sleeps 6 across three bedrooms two super kingsize rooms (6ft beds) each with ensuite shower and heated towel rail and one twin room with two 3ft singles also ensuite. All three bedrooms have their own ensuite bathroom. Every room has a 28" Freeview TV.

All three bedrooms have their own ensuite with heated towel rails. No sharing and no queuing ideal for groups of three couples.
The estate covers 500 acres of woodland and grounds. The fishing lake is just 50 metres from the lodge door.
The Haverthwaite Steam Railway is just 2 miles away. Hop on and travel through the landscape towards Bowness-on-Windermere.

To reach Horse Spout at Otter Tarn by car, head towards Backbarrow near Newby Bridge in Cumbria. The estate is in the South Lakes peninsula and is well signposted. Private parking for two cars is available on arrival look out for the Belted Galloway cattle on the approach to the estate.
The nearest railway station is Ulverston, approximately 7 miles from the property. From there a taxi will take you directly to the estate. Alternatively Grange-over-Sands station is around 8 miles away and also well served by taxis.
