This superb 17th century terraced cottage is situated in the lovely village of Low Bentham, set on the edge of the Forest of Bowland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and close to the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Ideal for a couple or small family, this wonderful base has exposed beams in the sitting room, as well as on the first floor and has been furnished to a high standard. Step inside and into the homely sitting room with its warming woodburning stove, an ideal place to put your feet up after a day exploring the area, or maybe after a day's walking. Next to the sitting room is a shower room and also on the ground floor is the well-equipped kitchen, off which is a dining area.

About 8 Stonegate

This superb 17th century terraced cottage is situated in the lovely village of Low Bentham, set on the edge of the Forest of Bowland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and close to the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Ideal for a couple or small family, this wonderful base has exposed beams in the sitting room, as well as on the first floor and has been furnished to a high standard. Step inside and into the homely sitting room with its warming woodburning stove, an ideal place to put your feet up after a day exploring the area, or maybe after a day's walking. Next to the sitting room is a shower room and also on the ground floor is the well-equipped kitchen, off which is a dining area. Up on the first floor are two bedrooms, both with large beds - one has a zip/link super king-size double and the other a king-size double with the latter also benefiting from a convenient en-suite bathroom. On a sunny evening you can listen to the babbling brook, whilst enjoying a good book and a drink and 50 yards away is the garden with furniture. Parking is situated in a free public car park 100 yards away, and the village of Low Bentham has a couple of pubs and shops. The market town of High Bentham less than a mile away has further amenities and the three peaks of Ingleborough, Whernside and Pen-y-Ghent provide amble walking opportunities. With plenty more to see and do nearby makes 8 Stonegate the perfect Yorkshire base.
